What age groups do you work with?

We train athletes from age 8 through adult. Our Youth Programs are designed for ages 8-13, while Teen and Adult programs cater to ages 14+. Each program is age-appropriate and follows proper developmental guidelines.

Do I need prior training experience?

No prior experience is necessary. We work with athletes at all levels, from beginners to elite competitors. Every program starts with an assessment to determine your current level and create an appropriate training plan.

How long does it take to see results?

Most athletes notice improvements in strength and conditioning within 3-4 weeks. Significant performance gains typically appear after 8-12 weeks of consistent training. Results vary based on training frequency, effort, and individual factors.

What equipment do I need?

All equipment is provided at our facility. We have everything from Olympic lifting platforms to sleds, medicine balls, resistance bands, and sport-specific training tools. Just bring athletic shoes and water.

Can I try a session before committing?

Absolutely! We offer a free trial session so you can experience our training firsthand. This includes a brief assessment, sample workout, and consultation with our coaches. Book through our contact page.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged. We understand emergencies happen and handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer team discounts?

Yes! We offer special rates for sports teams and groups of 6 or more athletes training together. Contact us for custom team packages and pricing.

How do you track progress?

We use a combination of performance testing, video analysis, and strength metrics. You'll receive regular progress reports showing improvements in key performance indicators relevant to your goals.
