Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in C.O.R.E. Athlete Inc. programs, including group training, private training, and club team training (collectively, "Programs"), offered by C.O.R.E. Athlete Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering, you (the "Participant") and, if under 19 years of age, your parent or legal guardian ("Parent/Guardian"), agree to the Terms.

  1. Registration and Payment:
    • Registration must be completed online, and full payment is due prior to the Program start date. Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  2. Eligibility and Consent:
    • Programs are open to Participants aged 6 & up.
    • For participants under 18 years of age (the age of majority in Ontario), a Parent/Guardian must provide consent during registration.
  3. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants must exhibit respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork; when necessary. We reserve the right to dismiss any Participant for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund, at our sole discretion.
  4. Health and Safety:
    • Parents/Guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration to ensure Participant safety.
    • Participation involves physical activity with inherent risks (e.g., injury). By participating, you and your Parent/Guardian (if applicable) acknowledge and assume these risks and release C.O.R.E. Athlete Inc., its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  5. Program Changes:
    • We reserve the right to modify Program schedules, locations, or staff due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issues, staffing changes). Participants will be notified of material changes as soon as possible.
  6. Media Release:
    • By participating, you and your Parent/Guardian (if applicable) grant us permission to use photos, videos, or likenesses of the Participant for promotional purposes, without compensation.
  7. Governing Law:
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
  8. Changes to Terms:
    • We may update these Terms at our discretion. The currents version will be posted on our website with the "Last Update" date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
